We have delivered projects encompassing several sectors such as aeronautics, space, mobility, hospitality, textile, real estate, defence, agro & food, oil & gas and retail.

We strive to develop solutions for our clients and partners that are non-obvious, disruptive and innovative, prioritising synergies between stakeholders.

Furthermore, the outcomes of our work ought to be determining towards the proliferation of sustainable practices within our clients´ organisations.

SUSTAINABILITY AS THE BACKBONE
OF THE ORGANISATION

Growth Redefined: we unlock your business potential through solutions that drive growth and deeply integrate Sustainability. Our holistic approach considers systemic impact, thus creating positive change beyond short-term gains.

The “outside-in” approach has proven to be the most common way for organisations to cover their Sustainability-related initiatives.

Impact from within: we enable organisations to build a Sustainability-driven agenda focused on their impact on the ecosystem, allowing them to move beyond reactive approaches and embrace the best practices.

The combination of our experience and our approach led us to develop a range of services that we offer as “Sustainability as a Service”.

Strategy

CSO as a Service

The Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) is an executive position whose main mission is to ensure that the organisation’s activities are continuously and increasingly aligned with the Sustainability Agenda.

The CSO is increasingly taking on a strategic role in any type and size of organisation and is mainly focused on drawing up and executing a Sustainability strategy that ensures organisational transformation from within, guaranteeing lasting and growing impacts internally and on the community in which it operates, taking into account environmental, social and governance (ESG), corporate social responsibility (CSR) and other aspects of growing relevance.

With extensive experience in business context, complemented by a profound academic background, our team is capable of ensuring that the CSO role is introduced and performed efficiently and in a way that is adapted to each organisation considering its nature and size – Company (SME, Corporate), NGO, Public Administration.

Strategic Roadmap

Every organization is facing the ever more crucial question: “how do we become (more) sustainable?”. Defining the path to get there is hence of utmost importance.

Crisis Management

Crisis scenarios faced by organisations are becoming increasingly frequent, especially in the context of Sustainability.

ADVISORY

Communication & PR

Communicating effectively with the market and other stakeholders should be a primary objective for any organisation. This need becomes even more important in the context of Sustainability.

Reputation & Image

An organisation’s reputation is one of its most important assets, and Sustainability-related issues can significantly impact it. Anticipating image-related risks and threats, as well as acting upon specific contexts, is thus paramount.

Bids & Tenders

Any company aspiring to do business with governmental customers – Portuguese or foreign – has a growing need to ensure that it presents itself in tendering procedures with the most sustainability-solid arguments regarding its proposals.

Awards and Certifications

Identifying, producing and overviewing applications, both nationally and internationally, is a key marketing lever.

Workshops & Training

The level of literacy on Sustainability is rather low generally, which needs to be swiftly and continuously improved.
Workshops and customised training are therefore fundamental steps towards creating and amplifying an organisational culture based on Sustainability as a way of doing business.

Stakeholder Assessment

It is crucial for organisations to have detailed information about the ecosystem in which they operate; only then can they make the best decisions about the stakeholders they surround themselves with.

Supply-chain Risk Management

Presenting products and services to the market aligned with Sustainability criteria implies mastering information about the supply chain. Ultimately, this knowledge can lead to significant adaptations that ensure better alignment with the organisation’s objectives.

KNOWLEDGE

GENERAL

Reports

Reporting ESG, CSR, ESRS, GRI, etc. is growingly demanded by markets, shareholders, clients, management teams. Sustainability reports are therefore all but mandatory and must be produced by independent entities.

Regulation

Regulatory and legislative directives are being imposed on organisations at an exponential rate. Being able to anticipate their implications is, and will be, an advantage that can be transformational in the way the organisation interacts with the ecosystem.

Financing

Raising private and public financing observes more and more strict criteria of alignment with sustainability practices.

Recruiting

Defining profiles and identifying people for key Sustainability-related roles is a capacity not to be found through normal channels.

PARTNERS

Our managing Team consists of four experienced partners whose diverse academic backgrounds and careers bring forward a fully prepared capacity to address, solve and implement the requirements of our Clients – including mapping such needs alongside them.

This team brings a wealth of experience across different sectors and disciplines that ensures we offer tailored solutions and are fully committed to guiding organisations through the complexities of business development with a strong alignment with Sustainability.

In today’s turbulent landscape, simply complying or reacting is far from enough. Forget just “ticking boxes”. We craft future-proof strategies that seamlessly integrate Sustainability, unlocking new opportunities and building resilient businesses.

Think profit AND planet – it’s the UNOBVIOUS signature.
